From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
In the System Wide section, click Lists. Result: The Lists window is displayed.
Click Add/Modify Existing List Object Values.
Click the drop down button and select Audit Phase.
Click Next. Result: The Audit Phase edit window is displayed.
To add a new option to the list, click the Add button and then modify the appropriate List Value, Parent List Value, and/or Sort Order fields. OR To edit an existing option in the list, modify the appropriate List Value, Parent List Value, and/or Sort Order fields.
Click the Save button. Result: All changes are now reflected in the list.
